Custom email rules
  • Username must contain 3–30 characters.
  • Use letters, numbers, dots, underscores or hyphens only.
  • The username must start and end with a letter or number.
  • Spaces are not allowed.
  • Reserved names such as admin, support and postmaster cannot be used.
  • If an address is currently active, you must choose another username.
  • Permanently destroyed addresses can never be created again.
  • An expired or normally deleted address may be activated again.
  • Each custom inbox stays active for 24 hours.
  • You can create up to 5 custom email addresses every 24 hours.
